10:55pm: A deputy assisted the Iowa State Patrol with a traffic stop with several juveniles with alcohol on 190th Street near M Avenue.
Saturday, October 8th
7:05am: A deputy investigated a loud noise in the 400 block of Harding Street, Churdan.
8:05pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street and J Avenue. Thomas Johnson 53 of Scranton struck a deer with a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox. The estimated damage to the vehicle was around 8,000 dollars.
8:08pm: A deputy investigated a complaint from a pilot of a person shining a laser into the cockpit of the plane.
11:42pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 1000 block of Hager Street, Grand Junction.
Sunday, October 9th
6:52pm: A deputy investigated a fraud complaint in the 1900 block of 210th Street.
7:32pm: A deputy investigated a three-car accident on 130th Street near R Avenue. Michael Minnehan 64 of Churdan was westbound on 130th Street in a 2010 Jaguar 970 Stock Chopper. Alanna Husar 55 of Churdan was westbound on 130 th Street in a 2012 Chevrolet Impala and rear ended the Stock chopper. Michael Husar 62 of Churdan was westbound on 130th Street in a 2002 Ford F150 and lost control and entered the ditch rolling the truck. The estimated damage to the stock chopper was 4,000 dollars. The estimated damage the Chevrolet impala was 5,000 dollars. The estimated damage to the Ford F150 was 4,000 dollars. The drivers of the car and truck were taken the Greene County Medical Center with minor injuries. Paton Fire Department, and Greene County Ambulance responded to the scene.
8:00pm: Kaleb Lentz 28 of Scranton was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

9:30am: A deputy investigated a possible burglary in the 900 block of Railroad Street, Grand Junction.
1:16pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 600 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction.
3:15pm: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted with a medical call at the Jefferson Municipal Airport.
3:29pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near Pioneer Avenue.
4:47pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 237th Street near J Avenue.
9:45pm: A deputy investigated an unreported controlled burn in the 1600 block of 140th Street.
Tuesday, October 11th
6:49am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 170th Street near S Avenue. A 17-year-old male struck a deer with a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado causing an estimated 5,000 dollars in damage.
10:49am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of West Stanford Street, Jefferson.
1:55pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.
2:11pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.
4:15pm: Candice Ortiz 34 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for failure to appear.
6:42pm: A deputy attempted to locate a vehicle that a welfare check was requested for leaving the Rippey area.
7:59pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near S Avenue. Teresa Lansman 53 of Grand Junction struck a deer with a 2015 Dodge Caravan. The estimated damage to the van was 2,000 dollars.
8:02pm: A deputy investigated a child custody dispute in the 1100 block of LincolnStreet, Scranton.
Wednesday, October 12th
4:56am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on D Avenue near 130th Street. The driver had left before the deputy arrived.
3:20pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 200 block of South 7th Street, Grand Junction.
4:22pm: Jay Wenger 34 of Beaver was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
4:58pm: A deputy assisted with a donkey running at large in the 1500 block of U Avenue.
7:51pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 330th Street and N Avenue. Anthony Balch 36 of Fort Dodge was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 1st offense and driving without a license.
10:50pm: Anthony Balch 36 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
11:13pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest at the Casino. Perry Edholm 36 of Arcadia for public intoxication.
11:14pm: Perry Edholm 36 of Arcadia was booked into the jail for public intoxication.
Thursday, October 13th
6:37am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 330th Street and near M Avenue.
7:28am: A deputy assisted a motorist on Neola Avenue near 257th Street.
11:41am: A deputy investigated a scam in the 400 block of North 18th Street, Grand Junction.
