Tonight is volleyball Senior Night at Greene County High School. It’s the final Heart of Iowa Activities Conference match for Coach Chris Heisterkamp’s Rams.

Greene County (14-8) hosts Saydel (7-17) in the high school gym in Jefferson. The Rams are 4-2 in the conference and a win vs. the Eagles would mean a third place finish, the highest in some time. Seniors listed on the Rams’ roster are Katriana Heupel, Natalie Heupel, Ashlynn Hinners, Alexa Peters, and Isabella Schroeder.

Greene County ends the regular season on Saturday at the Winterset Tournament, followed by the start of the postseason on Monday in Jefferson vs. OABGIC in Class 3A Region 2 action at 7 p.m. inside the high school gym.

Paton-Churdan plays volleyball tonight at non-conference opponent Eagle Grove.
