The summer season of the Perry Farmers Market might be behind us, but the next round kicks off later this week.

Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti tells Raccoon Valley Radio the monthly Fall Farmers Market is this Saturday and she reminds us of how this market got its start last year.

“And it was something by request because people always want to extend the season or continue it on indefinitely. So we’ve kind of compromised and we said, ‘Well let’s try it once a month as a fall season and then let’s try again in the springtime.’” 

The Fall Farmers Market is the third Saturday from October through December from 10:30am-1pm at the Perry Library Community Room.
