Monday, October 10th

3:29am: An Officer was advised of a dog running at large in the 600 block of W. Lincoln Way. The Officer identified the dog and plans to issue the owner a citation for “Animal Running at Large”.

9:39am: A traffic stop in the 1100 block of N. Elm St resulted in Sameh Gerges, of Waukee, being issued a citation for “Excessive Speed”.

1:35pm: A traffic stop in the 1800 block of N. Grimmell Rd. resulted in Wilmer Aguilar Flores, of Jefferson, being issued a citation for “Excessive Speed”.

1:47pm: An Officer was called to a business in the 200 block of W. McKinley St. in regards to an insufficient funds check. The Officer provided information and is investigating the situation.

3:48pm: A traffic stop in the 600 block of W. Central St. resulted in Ethan Coil, of Jefferson, being issued a citation for “Excessive Speed”.

4:47pm: An Officer was advised of a careless driver, traveling toward Jefferson, on Old Highway 30. The Officer did not locate the vehicle.

7:34pm: A traffic stop in the 400 block of N. Grimmell Rd. resulted in Jacqueline Schirmbeck, of Jefferson, being issued a citation for “Operating Non Registered Vehicle”.

9:33pm: A traffic stop at Elm St. and 250 th St. resulted in Mariah Bartley, of Jefferson, being issued a citation for “Excessive Speed”.

****** An Officer issued Michael Castillo, Of Blencoe, a citation for “No Insurance” after previously issuing a warning to provide proof.
