PHS swimming had their closest meet of the season October 4 at the McCreary Community Building
pool. The final score was Grinnell 85, Perry 83. One school record and a total of 8 personal best times
were a clear indicator of how the team worked together. Perry finished 1st in 10 of 11 events tonight. The
difference was in team size, Perry had 8, Grinnell brought 17 swimmers tonight. In a dual meet
individual events score through fifth place, relays score first through 3rd place.
