The Panorama Panthers will be on the road to take on rival West Central Valley.

It’ll be a battle between teams that have had their ups and downs this season. After winning their first game against Colfax-Mingo, 57-33, Panorama has been on a four game losing streak. Losing to Pella Christian, Central Decatur, Van Meter, and Interstate 35. The Panthers will have to do it once again with their leading rusher Ryan Cogil. Panorama will have to look to the depth of their backfield to step up in this game.

The Wildcats come into this game with a 2-3 record. WCV is also coming into this game with a losing streak. They’ve dropped back to back games to AC/GC and Van Meter. The Wildcats also rely heavily on their run game. Giving a lot of the work to senior Kaedon Lindsay, who has 230 yards and five touchdowns this season.

This is a big conference game, but it’s also a big rivalry game. As of late, Panorama has had a lot of success winning 10 of the last 12 meetings. WCV will try and do something they haven’t done in twelve seasons and pick up back to back wins over the Panthers. Panorama will look to avenge last season’s loss and get back in the win column.
