As the Friends of the Jefferson Library Fall Used Book Sale is winding down, the deals are just heating up.
Jefferson Library Director Jane Millard says tomorrow is the last day of the book sale and it is Bargain Day! Patrons receive a brown paper grocery bag and can fill it full of books for $5 and books without a price tag can also go into the paper bag. Additionally, all other items that are individually priced are half off and DVDs are only $0.25 tomorrow.
Millard invites everyone to the last two days for the book sale.
“Take these wonderful books, and other items, and make room for more. I do want to say too that the Friends of the Library work really hard to support what we do here at the library. So all proceeds from the book sale do come back and benefit everyone who uses the library in one way or another. Whether it’s technology, or programs that we offer, the Friends do a lot for the library.”
The book sale is in the basement of the library.
