6:450am: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on U Avenue near 220th Street.

8:55am: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 330 th Street and Apple Avenue. Dale Hoyt 82 of Scranton was traveling north on Apple Avenue in a 2002 International truck. Bradley Feld 53 of Glidden was traveling west on 330th Street in a 2008 Freightliner. Dale stopped at the stop sign and then pulled out striking Bradley’s vehicle. The estimated damage to the Dale’s vehicle is 10,000 dollars. The estimated damage to Bradley’s vehicle is around 1,000 dollars. Dale was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way.

9:30am: Brian Clausen 44 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

3:07pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 200 block of 1st Street, Rippey.

4:13pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint at the Paton City Park.

4:37pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Main Street, Paton.

5:32pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 900 block of Main Street, Scranton.

7:18pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 1600 block of 160th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
