The Guthrie County Supervisors met Tuesday. 

The Board approved a three year leasing agreement with the Emergency Management Office. Then the Board approved with a vote of four to one the payroll change notice for Dana Minteer as the assistant county attorney for the amount of $55,000 a year. The lone no vote came from Michael Dickson, who stated that it was not fair to hire an assistant county attorney one month before the election. Finally, the Board discussed a closed session lawsuit between the county and John Lyall.
