10:09am: A deputy investigated and found property in the 100 block of Sunset Drive, Grand Junction.

1:42pm: Richard Sabus 59 of Churdan was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

5:45pm: Deputies assisted Boone County with an armed subject on 190th Street and Highway 169.

6:39pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 222nd Street near 220th Street.

7:35pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on M Avenue and 260th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
