The Adel Parks and Recreation has an annual event coming up this weekend.
The Power Wheels Nationals will be held this Saturday at Kinnick-Feller Park. The registration will take place the day of the event from 9:30 to 10:30am. The races will begin around 10:45am and the races will be held for ages 2 to 7 years old. The divisions will include limited pro stock for ages two to four and the pro stock division will be for ages five to seven. Trophies will be awarded to the top three podium finishers in both divisions and then raffle prizes will be given away. Participants will be able to power wheels but there will be some onsite. Also those looking to participate are encouraged to pre-register to speed up the check-in process.
