The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office executed two search warrants last week following a burglary investigation. 

According to the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, the first search warrant was executed on September 20th at 2:42pm at 603 1st Avenue in Jamaica. According to the press release, 42 year-old Tony Owens and 43 year-old Carly Hubby were present in the home where drugs and paraphernalia were found. 

There was a second search warrant executed for drugs. 

Owens was charged with a Class D Felony for his third or subsequent offense for possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanors for possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Hubby was also charged with a Class D Felony for her third or subsequent offense for possession of a controlled substance and a simple misdemeanor for drug paraphernalia.
