A local business in downtown Stuart is celebrating one year of existence. 

Owner of the Stuart Flowers and Gifts Katie Adams says they will be throwing a party for the first birthday of the store. She explains this is such an honor. 

“To think that we’ve gone through a full year, full round of the holidays and the big events for florists and, you know, carving our own path in the community with a huge amount of community support has just been great. Jeremy and I have felt so welcomed and supported and I feel like we’re going to continue to do great things with the fellow business partners here in town and the people.”

The party will be on October 1st from 9am until 3pm at Stuart Flowers and Gifts. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:30am and cake will be served along with special deals.
