A Jefferson-based business is bringing in some special guests, while also honoring “community heroes” today.

It’s the annual Deal’s Orchard Superhero Day where kids can meet several comic book superheroes with Avengers of the Knight, as well as local law enforcement and fire department vehicles will be available to people to check out. Additionally, any real life superheroes, including law enforcement, fire, EMTs and military personnel will get free admission to Apple Acres today. 

Deal’s Orchard staff is thankful and appreciates the work that first responders and military personnel do for our country.
