Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers football played in their first district game of the season on Friday night looking to stay undefeated, and were able to do that over Atlantic, winning by the score of 56-27. ADM remains undefeated at 5-0 while Atlantic drops down to 2-3.

Speed was the name of the game on Friday night, as the Tigers were able to utilize it on both sides of the ball in an efficient attack. Junior running back Brevin Doll was able to put together a phenomenal performance, as he was able to put up five rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown, getting a special performance.

ADM was able to take a 28-13 lead into the locker room as they were able to keep Atlantic out of the endzone late in the first half. The Trojans were able to score early in the third quarter to make it 28-20, but ADM was able to put up 28 unanswered points to get to the turbo clock by the beginning of the fourth quarter.

A big contest will be played in Adel next week, as the undefeated Tigers will welcome the 5-0 Creston Panthers in a major showdown in 3A. All Tiger coverage all season long can be heard on True Country K1079, the KKRF app, and raccoonvalleyradio.com.
