6:54am: A deputy investigated a vehicle theft in the 100 block of North Cedar Street, Jefferson. The vehicle was located in Ames and charges are pending.

10:08am: Dustin Evans 39 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail to be transported to prison.

10:30am: Christopher Lawrence 61 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

2:42pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 600 block of Grant Street, Scranton.

7:35pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220 th Street near Granite Avenue. Alejandro Flores 29 of Des Moines was arrested for operating while under the influence 2nd offense.

8:09pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint at the Pipeline River access.

Thursday, September 22nd

1:31am: Alejandro Flores 29 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 2nd offense.

3:30am: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 1000 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
