10:57am: A deputy investigated a welfare check in the 400 block of North West Street, Jefferson.

12:51pm: The Sheriff assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a two-vehicle accident on North Elm Street and West Adams Street.

4:59pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 500 block of D Avenue.

5:01pm: A deputy investigated a theft of a bank card at Casey’s in Grand Junction.

10:53pm: Enrique Pacheco-Arita 29 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 1st offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
