The Guthrie Center City Council met on Monday. 

The Council approved the tax exemption application for the property located on Cameron Flats and they also approved a billing grant costs of $8,500 for the Housing Rehabilitation Program put on by the Region XII Council of Governments. 

Next they approved an annual EMC property and a casualty renewal from Rod Rumelhart.
