4:26pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near M Avenue.

Friday, September 9th

5:04am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 170th Street near S Avenue.

6:53am: A deputy, Grand Junction Fire and Rescue, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street near W Avenue. Joshua Johnson 34 of Fort Dodge was traveling South on W Avenue in a 2016 Chevrolet Truck and failed to stop at the stop sign at 220 th Street. Joshua struck Michael Agar 62 of North Carolina who was traveling east on 220th Street. Joshua’s truck hit Michael’s 2012 Hyundai Genesis in the driver’s door. Michael was extricated from the vehicle with Jaws. Two people from the accident were transported to the Greene County Medical Center with injuries. Both vehicles were a total loss in the accident. Joshua was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

6:09pm: A deputy investigated a driving and littering complaint on 220th Street near U Avenue.

6:34pm: A deputy investigated a single vehicle rollover accident on 177th Street and A Avenue. The vehicle was unoccupied. The driver of the 2002 Ford Explorer was a Juvenile male that was cited for failure to maintain control.

6:55pm: A deputy attempted to locate a dog running at large on N Avenue near 210th Street.

8:40pm: Robert Barnard 56 of Des Moines was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

9:39pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on N Avenue near 150th Street.

Saturday, September 10th

12:28am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with the arrest of Sara Ratliff 42 of Jefferson and Joseph Ratliff 40 of Jefferson for public intoxication in the 700 block of Wildrose Lane.

1:16am: Sarah Ratliff 52 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication.

2:40am: Joseph Ratliff 40 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication.

1:10pm: Robert Barnard 56 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and dominion or control of a firearm by a felon.

5:43pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 100 block of West Elizabeth Street, Grand Junction.

9:13pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 300 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

Sunday, September 11th

9:23am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Brentwood Avenue.

3:30pm: Lawrence O’Neal 47 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

6:46pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of Main Street East, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
