While we are at the mid-week break as there are no activities scheduled today for the Panorama Panthers sports teams it’s time to see what the rest of the week holds for activities.

The rest of this week hold activities for the fall sports teams including volleyball, cross country and football. Tomorrow will feature dual action as the cross country teams and volleyball team will have regular season action and then on Friday will be football’s turn and then volleyball will round out the week again on Saturday.

Starting tomorrow the cross country teams will be headed to Colfax-Mingo High School to participate in a junior varsity/varsity invitational beginning at 5 p.m. as those runners including Mary Fett, Avery Bahrenfuss, Gryffin Burchfield and Zach Hayden will be looking to improve on their times once again this year.

Also taking place tomorrow will be the Panorama Panthers volleyball team having another match this season as they will be taking on the Interstate 35 Roadrunners beginning at 7 p.m. right at home in Panora as they will be looking to continue on in their regular season. Then the volleyball team will also round out the week for Panthers activities as they will be heading to Shenandoah to take part in a tournament beginning at 8:30 a.m. this Saturday.

The Panthers football team will also be heading into action again this week as they are prepared for week three of the Iowa High School Football season as they will be headed to Leon to take on the Central Decatur Cardinals and look to get back in the win column after a loss last week.

While we are at mid-week break there are still plenty of activities to take place this week and there is plenty left for Panthers fans to get excited about as September is barely underway here in 2022.
