The Heart of Iowa Regional Transit Agency (HIRTA) now has an app you can use to schedule rides and a special offer is running this month.

The “HIRTA On Demand” app can be downloaded and will be able to be used to schedule rides beginning on September 12th throughout Dallas County. Also, during the month of September if riders schedule their trip with the app to get around Perry, Dallas County or to Des Moines, the rides are free.
