As people are continuing to look for fun activities to take part in throughout the year, the 13th Annual Penoach Apple Festival is coming up soon. 

The festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, September 17th at the Penoach Winery in Adel. There is free admission but a donation of cash or a non-perishable food item is requested for the local food pantry. 

There will be plenty of fun things to do including tractor and wagon rides, face painting, marshmallow roasting, live music and apples from the Dallas County Orchard among other things.
