Week 1 was a success for ADM Tigers football as they were able to play well on both sides of the ball in a victory over Gilbert. The 14 points given up by the defense was a nice start to the season, as they were able to get some solid play from members of their starters.

Tiger football was lead in tackles by linebacker Christian Madison who was able to get 11 stops in the game, and Vince Benetti was able to have 8 tackles and a sack to his name as well. Dane Beals had 7.5 tackles and a sack, Caleb Coghlan had 5.5 tackles, and Karver Sutton had 5 tackles with 2 tackles for loss, as the defensive line was able to put up a terrific performance.

The Tigers will look to continue to limit big plays along with trying to force some turnovers on defense, after not having an interceptions or fumble recoveries in week 1.

Tiger football will be in another road game on Friday night when they take on Ballard.
