A West Central Valley High School fine art activity is preparing to put on a show at every home football game.

Band Director Nathan Huff says their first game they will provide entertainment will be this Friday when the Wildcats play Red Oak. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio that they will start off every football game playing the National Anthem along with some cheers. Then he discusses their plans for the halftime show.

“After sitting in the stands for the first half. Then we come back onto the field and play some of our show music. This year, our theme for our halftime show is video games live. So featuring songs correlated to either from video games or from maybe the show it was adapted from.”

Huff explains they use the same theme at every halftime show in the effort to perfect it. He is excited to have 35 students participate in the band this year.
