The Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center volleyball begins today on the road against Van Meter.

Coach Barb South says she feels her team is ready to play after a couple of scrimmages this past weekend.South explains they got to play against Van Meter in the conference scrimmage and gives the keys for AC/GC to win their first game.

“The keys is us serving well and playing our game as well as blocking and causing them to make errors.”

She adds Van Meter has an excellent outside hitter and middle presents so another key will be for Saige O’Brien using her 5’10 frame to defend the net. The game will be at the Van Meter High School Gym with game time at 6:30pm.
