Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church – St. John Paul II Parish in Carroll. Burial will be in the St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Dedham.

Visitation will be held at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll from 5 – 7 P.M. on Friday.  The casket will be moved to Holy Spirit Church at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday where visitation will resume until 10:15 A.M.

Kelly is survived by her husband Bill of Nashua, IA; her sister Ruth Dillavou (Kevin) of Carroll; three brothers-in-law: Tom Vaughn (Brenda) of Glidden, Bob Vaughn (Donna) of Waterloo, and Larry Vaughn (Michelle) Carroll; her mother-in-law Peg Vaughn of Carroll; five nieces: Amy Dillavou (Lucas Clark) of Carroll, Aleva Vaughn of Carroll, Reeann Vaughn of Reinbeck, Laura Lane (Jake) of Coon Rapids, and Sheeree Rassmussen (Tyler) of Waterloo; four nephews: Troy Dillavou of Yazoo, MS, Eric Dillavou (Rebekah) of Deltona, FL, David Paul of Altoona, and Michael Fowler of Mankato, MN; several cousins; and many good friends.

     Kelly was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Irene Fowler; her father-in-law Thomas Vaughn; her brother Larry Fowler and his wife Pam Paul, and a brother-in-law Alan Vaughn.
