As we come up on the start of a new school year for the West Central Valley Wildcats, let’s take a look at season statistics for some of the sports teams from last year. The girls cross country team performed well last year, with several of their meets ending with a top five placement.

In their first meet last season, they came in 4th. In their next two meets, they came in 1st place at the West Central Valley Cross Country Invite, and the Ram Invitational. At the Panorama Cross Country Invitational, the team came in 7th out of 20 teams.

In the second half of the season, the Wildcats took a 4th place finish at the Charger Invite, then placed 3rd at the West Central Valley Invitational. The team also placed 3rd at the Nodaway Valley Invitational. In the West Central Activities Conference meet, the Wildcats took home 5th place, then took home 8th at the State Qualifying Meet in Williamsburg.
