Tanner Burgin, Perry, was driving on J Ave when he slowed and signaled to make a turn onto K trail.  His vehicle was struck from behind by Jose Perez Gomez, Perry.  Mr. Perez Gomez vehicle then swerved and entered the ditch, striking a road sign and rolling over.  Both drivers were checked by EMS and Mr. Perez Gomez refused treatment.  His vehicle was towed from the scene.  Mr. Burgin was able to drive his vehicle away.  Mr. Perez Gomez was cited for No Driver’s License and Failure To Maintain Control.
