Nicholas Timmons, age 37, 508 Green Street, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Theft 3rd Degree.

Aug. 8

Jacob Talley, age 41, 29456 Old Portland Rd, Adel, was arrested on a warrant for Contempt Of Court.

Merle Bright, age 76, 1314 N. Depot St, Knoxville, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Bryan Moore, age 39, 3630 Twana Drive, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Aldo Mireles-Ramirez, age 38, 660 2nd St, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Austin Worthington, age 25, 2065 White Pole Road, Casey, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear on a Violation Of Probation.

Clinton Richard, age 48, 1814 Bennette Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested for Fraudulent Use Of Registration, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.  He was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

Aug. 9

Benjamin Peters-Erickson, Lucas, was driving in the 25000 block of 130th St, when he hit a deer.  There were no injuries reported and damage was estimated at $7500.  The vehicle was privately towed.
