At the Panorama School Board meeting in July they approved installing new playground equipment at the preschool.
Panorama Superintendent Shawn Holloway says they had discussions with preschool teachers and the elementary school principal and they all agreed on making improvements to the aging preschool playground equipment. Holloway notes that the new equipment will be something different than regular playground equipment.
“Really what it is an outside learning activity, center based approach. So the equipment we’re getting really is educational in nature versus like new swing sets. So these would be additions and replacements to some of the objects that have been there a while.”
The new equipment was approved for the price of $10,100 using Physical Plant And Levy funds.
