The Dallas County Conservation Board will be hosting a program this weekend where participants can learn more about coyotes.
The next offering of the Summer Wildlife Series will be this Saturday from 9-11:30 a.m. at the Voas Nature Area in Minburn. Those participating will join Naturalist Erica Northwick to learn about animals found around the State of Iowa with the focus this weekend being coyotes.
She will show attendees a look at skulls, furs and other visuals for the animals you might not often see. The event is open for everyone of all ages and registration is encouraged as a way to receive a notification if the program is canceled due to weather.
There is one more offering of this series which will be on August 9th and 13th which will focus on bears.
You can register for the program here.
