The Panora City Council will meet for their regular meeting Monday. 

The Council approved to decrase the Northwest Urban Renewal Area by the deleting the property as presented. They also set August 22 as the date for public hearing on the designation of the 2022 Panora Housing Urban Renewal Area and an Urban Renewal Plan and Project and approved the reading the first reading of the ordinance of deleting property from the Tax Increment Financing District for the Northwest Urban Renewal Area of the City of Panora.

The Council tabled the alley vacation request from Jason and Jessica Alsted on 103th Northeast 4th Street for the Planning and Zoning Commission to evaluate and change the date of June 30, 2023 for the notice to construct sidewalks.
