As a reminder a Democratic candidate for Iowa House District 47 will be making an appearance in Minburn tomorrow. 

Democratic candidate Gary Overla of Dallas Center will be hosting a free pork loin dinner with chips and a drink at Meek Park in Minburn from 5:30-7:30 p.m. this Sunday. Everyone is invited to attend and meet the Democratic candidate that is running against Republican Carter Nordman. 

Following Iowa’s redistricting, the newly created House District 47 encompasses all of Greene and Guthrie counties along with Perry and rural portions of Dallas County.
