Guthrie County Extension and Outreach is holding a program that will teach participants about food hygiene.
The Office will hold their “ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager Course,” that aims to teach those who work in the food service industry about the best practices to keep staff members and customers safe.
After the course is over, participants will have a chance to take an exam to become certified as a food safety manager. The course will take place at the Lakeside Village in Panora from 9am until 6pm on July 28th. It is open to the public and to register visit information below.
