Francisco Cruz Baltazar, age 32 last known address-113 W 10th St., Carroll was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of OWI.

Steven Joseph Coleman, age 38 of 121  C St., Albia was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving under suspension.

Elle Goddard of Dexter was traveling north on W Ave., near the intersection of W Ave and Highway 44 when she pulled into the intersection from the stop sign and collided with a vehicle driven by Dalton Dorsett of Panora. Goddard was taken to Methodist Main. Damage to Goddard’s vehicle estimated at $8000.00 and $10000.00 to Dorsett’s.  Goddard was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.

Paul Anthony Daggett, age 34 of 116 W 4th t., Bouton was arrested at 114 W 4th St., Bouton for Domestic Abuse Assault.
