Larry Howxby, age 63, 7965 SE 14th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Load Limits Upon Certain Streets.

Kati Bornhoft, West Des Moines, was driving west on 360th St at Osage Avenue, when Rodney Ross, Van Meter, pulled in front of Ms. Bornhoft, causing a collision.  Ms. Bornhoft was transported to the hospital to evaluate any injuries.  Damage was estimated to Ms. Bornhoft’s vehicle at $18000.  Damage to Mr. Ross’ vehicle was estimated at $12000.  both vehicles were towed from the scene and Mr. Ross was cited for Failure To Obey Stop Sign.

Marlon Correa, age 25, 5255 SW133rd Ave, Miami, Fl, was arrested for being a Fugitive From Justice.
