The Perry City Council approved a wastewater treatment facility pay application at their regular meeting Thursday morning as the last meeting of the current fiscal year.
The Council approved a $716,485.37 payment to Woodruff Construction. Also, the Council approved a pay application in the amount of $154,778.75 to Wenthold Excavating, LLC for phase one of the relocation of runway 14/32 for the airport.
Also, the Council approved an operational transfer of funds including transfers from Tax Increment Financing, Local Option Sales Tax, General Fund, Road Use Tax, Local Option Maintenance, Sewer Operations and Storm Water Discharge funds.
Then the Council approved the transfer of funds for debt payments and an emergency levy transfer not to exceed $46,555 from the emergency levy to the general fund to cover unbudgeted expenses including insurance related damage replacements, increased fire and first responder calls, start up costs for new police officers and fuel and utility costs for multiple departments.
Finally, the Council approved seeking an insurance policy for the Perry Municipal Airport.
