The Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center softball team will take Panorama at home for a Guthrie County postseason matchup to move on into the next round.

The (8-18) Lady Chargers will take on the (1-18) Lady Panthers for the right to take on the Class 2A Region 4 top seeded Interstate-35 in the quaterfinal. ACGC and Panorama have played twice in June 27th and the Lady Chargers won both of those games by a score of 15 to 14 and 7 to 3. They have been playing some better ball as of late winning six out of their last seven games with their only loss coming from West Central Valley. In this nice run of wins, the Lady Charger softball team is winning by an average of 1.5 runs and they have been scoring an average of seven runs per game. The projected starting pitcher for the first game of the postseason for the Chargers is Emmerson Van Meter. Raccoon Valley Radio will broadcast ACGC versuses Panorama on K107.9 from the Guthrie Center Softball Complex, pregame coverage begins at 6:45pm and first pitch at 7pm.
