Perry Industries, Incorporated and Perry Economic Development, Incorporated recently announced a new speculative building project in Perry’s Industrial Park.
The speculative building is the fourth in the industrial park since it was created in 1984 and the newest structure is a 30,000-foot building which sits on more than five acres. The building will be available to purchase at a price of $1.3 million which is targeted to be completed by the end of this summer.
The building will be built on a ribbon of concrete and will remain open on the inside for future customization to fit a business’ needs. The building will also be able to be expanded on the north side.
The project will be funded with a 10-year zero-percent interest loan with a two year deferment period via a combination of revolving loans from Perry Economic Development’s utility partners.
