The Perry City Council will consider approving a cost-sharing grant from the Iowa Finance Authority at their regular meeting tonight. 

Also, the Council will consider approving the project completion of a Catalyst Grant Development and authorizing the mayor to sign a letter of project completion to the Iowa Economic Development Authority and Perry Public Library Board of Trustees reappointments. 

The Council will then consider approving tax abatement applications for residential construction completed in 2022 in Perry and setting a public hearing on the Status of Funded Activities for the community development block grant response and recovery grant contract. 

Finally, the Council will consider approving a workforce housing tax credit application to be submitted to the Iowa Economic Development Authority, setting salaries for City of Perry employees for fiscal year 2023 and an ordinance amending the code of ordinance hotel/motel tax.
