The Good Egg Days town celebration in Stuart continues today with activities that start in the morning and last throughout the night.
The first activity will start early in the morning at 7am with a breakfast that will support the Stuart Police Departments K9 unit and other community programs in Lawbaugh Park. Then the 5K run and walk will begin with the start and finish line at Lawbaugh Park and people can register before the event starts at 8am.
Next, the parade will start at 11am that will go through Lawbaugh Park and after the parade there will be a pulled pork meal at noon at the park with a free will donation to the Stuart Lions Club.
Many kid events will start after lunch with the “AG 4 All,” from noon until 2:30pm there will be over 10 different activities along with an exotic animal demonstration from noon until 3pm, kid water fights with the fire department from noon until 3pm and free inflatables from noon until 5pm, all taking place at Lawbaugh Park.
Don’t forget about the sand pool treasure hunt from noon until 5pm at the park and Silly Sally The Clown performing at the Gazebo from 2-3pm. Finally, the events will wrap up with a Bill Riley Talent Search Contest from 3-5pm, a free Myers Pedal Kiddie Tractor Pull from 1-4:30pm with sign ups starting at 12:30pm, a local talent show from 5-6pm and a street dance with a beer garden in the uptown on Northeast 2nd Street.
