Monday night was a big one for the West Central Valley Wildcats, as they took on their cross county rival Panorama Panthers. The softball team started strong in the first three innings, as they outscored the Panthers 9-2. They kept up the run in the last four innings, as they outscored the Panthers 6-3, for a final score of 15-5.

The baseball team also had a good start, but let the Panthers get some runs in during the final inning. The Wildcats scored 4 runs in the 2nd inning, and 4 runs in the 4th inning, keeping the Panthers from scoring until they racked up 5 runs in the 7th inning, to end the game with an 8-5 Wildcat victory.

Both teams take on the Wolverines of Nodaway Valley tonight in Greenfield.
