Tuesday, June 14th

12:42am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical call in the 700 Block of Wild Rose Lane.

3:46am: A construction worker accidentally tripped the alarm, while working overnight at 115 West State Street. A key holder was contacted to reset the alarm.

10:31am: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Clark Streets resulted in Debra Bridgewater of Jefferson being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

12:49pm: An officer issued a Parking violation Notice in the 100 Block of Harding Road for, “Parked Facing Wrong Direction.”

2:09pm: An officer issued a Parking violation Notice in the 100 Block of North West Street for, “Parked Facing Wrong Direction.”

2:49pm: A Traffic Stop at 220th and Grimmell resulted in Camden Strennen of Jefferson being cited for, “Driving While Suspended.”

2:57pm: Officers were requested at 704 North Chestnut Street, to assist in a Civil Property Issue.

4:20pm: An officer was requested at 708 West Harrison Street to remove an Unwanted Subject from the residence. The subject was leaving as the officer arrived and no action was needed.

4:59pm: Dustin Evans reported a computer he had ordered, and had delivered at 704 North Chestnut Street, was now missing.

5:34pm: Judy Murphy advised she had a puppy in her yard at 200 South Grimmell Road. As the officer was attempting to place the animal in the patrol vehicle, a juvenile arrived and advised the animal belonged to them. The officer will follow up with a parent and advise of city ordinances.

6:53pm: Officers were advised that a female had walked away from her residence in the 600 Block of South Oak Street, after an argument with her husband. Family members were concerned for her well-being. Officers began searching and eventually located the female and returned her home to her husband.

8:44pm: An officer was advised a caller needed assistance at the Softball Complex with a parking issue. While enroute, the caller advised the vehicle had moved and no assistance was needed.

11:35pm: Naomi Long reported a possibly sick raccoon near Russell and South Chestnut Streets. The officer did not see any issue with the animal.
