12:29am: A deputy investigated an assault in the 600 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

5:59am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 330th Street and D Avenue.

7:41am: A deputy investigated a complaint of what the called thought was a child being pushed into a rental van. The van was located and found to be full of implement parts and was delivering in Paton.

4:28pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near E Avenue.

5:35pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway near 7 hills park.

8:07pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out in the 800 block of I Avenue.

8:39pm: A deputy investigated a theft near 5th Street and Hager Street in Grand Junction.

11:13pm: A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 1000 block of East Sandoe Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
