The West Central Valley Wildcats softball team has been having a good week so far, with four games under their belt to this point, and one more set for today. They started the week off with a nice 5-1 win over the Woodward-Granger Hawks on Tuesday.
On Wednesday they traveled to Southwest Valley to take on the Timberwolves, and came out with a great 14-1 victory, scoring one point in the 1st, two in the 2nd, two in the 3rd, one in the 4th, one in the 5th, and seven in the 6th.
Thursday brought on a doubleheader against the Trojans of Pleasantville. In the first game the Wildcats played a close game, with a final score of 5-4. In the second game of the doubleheader though, they jumped out to a quick lead, and stayed ahead the whole game, finishing with a score of 8-1.
Today they’ll host the GMG Wolverines, and look to continue their winning streak.
