Thursday, May 26th

5:19am: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1600 block of Newberry Avenue. Jodi Ganoe 47 of Jefferson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:24am: A deputy assisted with cattle out in the 2100 block of 170th Street.

8:30am: Jodi Ganoe 47 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

1:36pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 700 block of Grant Street, Scranton.

3:09pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 237th Street and Jordan Avenue. A Juvenile struck a deer with a 2007 Chevrolet Colorado causing an estimated 1,500 dollars damage.

7:32pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 800 block of High Street, Scranton.

9:04pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call on 220th Street near R Avenue.

Friday, May 27th

12:21am: A deputy investigated a child custody issue in the 1600 block of Newberry Avenue.

5:23am: A deputy investigated a missing child in the 400 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction. The child was located in Jefferson.

9:15am: Devin Villalobos 20 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

2:21pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on D Avenue near 177th Street.

6:15pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 100 block of Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

6:24pm: A deputy arrested Lewis Randolph of Montezuma for an arrest warrant for violation of a court order out of Poweshiek County.

7:00am: Lewis Randolph of Montezuma was booked into the jail for an arrest warrant for a violation of a court order.

10:23pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near B Avenue. Nicole Hanks 45 of Bayard struck a deer with a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse causing an estimated 4,000 dollars damage.

11:00pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near U Avenue.

Saturday, May 28th

10:19am: A deputy, Jefferson Police Department, Jefferson Fire Department, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a tractor vs car accident on 220th Street near Oakland Avenue. The Jefferson Police Department investigated the accident.

3:23pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on R Avenue near 295th Street.

8:02pm: A deputy and Jefferson Fire responded to a brush fire in the 1600 block of J Avenue.

9:47pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 170th Street near Somerset Avenue.

Sunday, May 29th

3:36am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an intoxicated female. Fallon Heater 20 of Jefferson was arrested for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and minor in possession of alcohol.

7:15am: Fallon Heater 20 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and possession of alcohol underage.

7:25pm: A deputy assisted the Webster County Sheriff’s Office with a missing vehicle.

8:32pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a 4-wheeler on the football field in Scranton.

9:07pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 1800 block of 195th Street. A 15-Year-old male was driving a 2001 Dodge Ram heading East on 195th Street. Matt Cummings 35 of Jefferson was pulling out of his driveway and struck the 2001 Dodge Ram. Matt was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado. The Dodge Ram had an estimated 10,000 dollars damage and the Silverado had an estimated 7,000 dollars damage. Matt was issued a citation for failing to yield right of way.

Monday, May 30th

12:30am: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue near Rippey. Saw Joy 34 of Perry was arrested for operating while under the influence 1 st offense.

2:08am: Sam Joy 34 of Perry was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

3:05pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street and J Avenue.

4:25pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call on P Avenue near 300th Street.

8:30pm: Michelle Cook 22 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for assault causing bodily and disorderly conduct.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
