Stuart Public Library

The Stuart Public Library has begun signing up children for their Summer Reading Program and the number of readers has increased this year.

Library Director Lisa Sherman says that 96 children have signed up for their reading program, the highest number they have seen. Sherman describes her feeling of having a ton of participation.

“It’s a little daunting however I have found in the past that the kids are so respectful and they’re ready for some entertainment and ready to check out their books so bring it on!”

The Summer Reading Program will have eight activities that start on June 20th with Camp Read S’more At The Library. Parents can register their children online or at the library from now until that last program on August 6th. To see the full list of activities and register form visit here.
