The Guthrie County Supervisors met Tuesday. 

The Board did not take action on designating EMS as an essential service in Guthrie County and bringing it to a vote in the November general election, pending further review by the county attorney. 

The Board then approved the six assignments of county held tax sale parcels located near Diamondhead Lake from Situs Cultivation to pay full interest on the properties and they approved a payroll change notice for Brooke Halterman who will be an intern for the environmental health department making $14.50 per hour. 

Also, the Board held a public hearing on the proposed fiscal year 2021-22 budget amendment and approved the adoption and appropriations following the hearing. The Board approved the Voice over Internet Protocol phone and hardware purchase and Guthrie Center Communication VoIP agreement. The Board approved a secondary roads amendment to add the bridge project Dodge 333 and F32 to the fiscal year 2022 five year plan, an Iowa Department of Transportation fiscal year 2022 amendment and two liquor license permits from Twin Vines and The Port of Liquor. Finally, the Board will cancel their meeting on June 7th due to the primary election happening on the same day.
