Cadence Lilla, age 18, 1415 NE Cedarwood Dr, Grimes, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.  She was also cited for Driving On Wrong Side Of Two Way Highway and Failure To Maintain Control.

Kelli Glanzer was traveling near 2577 240th St, when she swerved to avoid a car that had crossed over into her lane.  The other driver, Cadence Lilla, Grimes, swerved back, causing a collision.  Ms. Glanzer was checked by EMS at the Scene but refused to be transported.  Damage to Ms. Glanzer’s vehicle was estimated at $10000.  Damage to Ms. Lilla’s car was estimated at $8000.  Ms. Lilla was placed under arrest at the scene.

Andre Williams, age 23, 5501 SE 6th Str, Des Moines, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance.  He was also cited for Operating Non-Registered Vehicle.

Gregery Pratt, Altoona, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.  In the same vehicle, Storm Cutwright, age 22, 1221 E. 33rd Ct, Des Moines, was arrested for Possession Or Carrying Of Dangerous Weapons While Intoxicated, Possession Of A Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
