With the warm weather in the forecast for Memorial Day weekend, it’s time to look ahead to when Dallas County pools plan on opening for the season.

The tentative opening date for the Adel Family Aquatic Center is May 28th and the pool is generally open between late May and the middle of August each year. Daily admission fees are $2 for ages 0-2, $6 for ages 3-54 and $5 for ages 55+.

Pool passes are also available for the Adel Family Aquatic Center for $85 for a single in the ADM School District and $105 for out of the district and a family pass is $200 for the ADM School District and $240 for out of district. 

The Dallas Center Pool will also be opening on June 4th this year which will feature a pool party with a photo backdrop and tattoos. The cost to go to the pool is $3 for daily admission and season passes are available for $80 until May 31st and $100 after May 31st.
